  • Do you offer financing?

    No, we do not offer financing at this time.

    Financing approvals typically require extended processing times and extensive documentation requests that involve sharing internal company information with third parties. For privacy, security, and operational reasons, we do not provide such documentation.

    Additionally, financing often requires equipment to be reserved for one to two weeks or longer while approval is pending. Due to our competitive pricing and high inventory turnover, equipment frequently sells much faster than financing approvals are completed. Holding machines during this period is not operationally feasible.

    Instead, we focus on offering fair market pricing, minimal markup, and immediate availability, allowing customers to secure equipment without delays.

Can you ship heavy equipment?

    Yes. Customers are welcome to arrange an independent inspection or test drive prior to completing their purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to visit us and view the equipment in person during our business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Is it possible to pay for the equipment upon delivery?

    No. All purchases require payment in advance. Delivery is scheduled only after full payment has been received and cleared.

    This policy allows us to ensure timely scheduling and reliable delivery. In the event the equipment does not meet your needs due to a mechanical issue, we offer a full refund within 14 days in accordance with our return policy.

How long do I have to test the equipment?

You have 14 full calendar days from the delivery date to evaluate the machine. During this time, you can use it in real working conditions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. If a return is approved, Digron Machinery Depot covers all return freight and logistics. There are no hidden fees.
